Automation at Google is a prerequisite to assure stability and quality of products launched on a weekly basis. Manual testing is not an option when dealing with the scale and complexity of most of Google products - so engineers must devise solutions that can assure quality with minimal human interaction. This will be a discussion on challenges and solutions to automation so come with your questions and thinking caps on! (And don't forget your resumes if you are interested in internships or full time positions at Google.)

Jordanna Chord graduated in 2006 from Gonzaga University with a BS in CS with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Studies. While at GU Jordanna competed and won four separate awards, including three grand prizes, in the regional Business Plan Competition sponsored by the Hogan Entrepreneurial Leadership Program. While at GU, she worked as a consultant for several startup projects including gamerZunion and Alloken.
